Welcome to Tallu. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tallu platform, website, and services. By using Tallu you agree to these terms in full.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tallu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and service providers.
Use of the Service
Tallu connects customers with providers of construction materials, freight, and 24/7 roadside assistance across Saudi Arabia. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by any means other than the interface we provide.
Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Tallu platform are the property of Tallu or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Tallu provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including interactions between customers and providers. Tallu acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to any agreement made between users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the last updated date shown above. Your continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
